arranges lodging, transportation, advance deposits.

Plan all the programs at the
weekly winter meetings. They find speakers, plan
games and generally think up fun stuff to entertain
and educate us.

Records the happenings of the
executive board meetings and prepares the official
minutes.
|
|
|
Monitors and tracks all club
funds, deposits all monies and disburses all
checks; is involved with every club activity
that involves money.
|
|
|
Greet prospective new members
and tell them about the club. They track all
members' data, help with the newsletter distribution
and keep track of name tags.
|
|
|
Has the responsibility of
planning all social activities, including happy
hours, Wednesday Night Dinners, and all major
social events throughout the year.
|
|
|
Tracks all club owned
equipment. No small task.
|
|
|
Gathers and arranges all club
news and activities in a newsletter. This key
position provides our members with a written
schedule of events year round.
|
|
|
Publicizes the club and its
activities and keeps a scrapbook of photos for the
club
|
|
|
Usually the past President, or
a long-time knowledgeable Snojet, who provides
advice, history and wisdom to the current officers.
|
|
|
Coordinates with editor to
keep content of our website up to date.
|
