Exec Board

Title	Responsibility
President	Leads the club meetings, takes care of business, maintains a low profile (HA!)
VP - Trips	Plans all of our ski trips, arranges lodging, transportation, advance deposits.
VP - Programs	Plan all the programs at the weekly winter meetings. They find speakers, plan games and generally think up fun stuff to entertain and educate us.
Secretary	Records the happenings of the executive board meetings and prepares the official minutes.
Treasurer	The keeper of the club's funds. He deposits all monies and dispurses all checks. He is involved with every club activity that involves money.
Membership Committee	Greet prospective new members and tell them about the club. They track all members data, help with the newletter distribution and keep track of name tags.
Social Chairperson	Has the responsibility of planning all social activities. She plans happy hours, Wednesday Night Dinners, and all major social events throughout the year.
Equipment Manager	Tracks all club owned equipment. No small task.
Editor	Gathers and arranges all club news and activities in a newsletter. This key position provides our members with a written schedule of events year round.
Racing Director	Organizes and promotes the racing team. Arranges lessons and workshops and dusts our trophies!
Publicity/Historian	Publicizes the club and its activities and keeps a scrapbook of photos for the club
At-Large	Usually the Past President, or a long-time knowledgeable Snojet, who provides advice, history and wisdom to the current officers.
Website	Coordinates with editor to keep content of our website up to date.
