This winter the Twenty-fifth annual Benefit Race for the Blind will be a joint effort of members of the Sno Jets and VIBeS (Visually Impaired and Blind Skiers, with the 'e' standing for exceptional, extraordinary, or whatever you think fits best).

This event, started by the Sno Jets over twenty years ago, is now a tradition for newer (younger?) Sno Jets to continue, by showing their support for skiers who don't see so good. It's also one of the best times you'll ever spend on skis (or a board, cafeteria tray, or whatever you choose to slide down the hill!).

The location of the race will be announced this fall when the Sno Jets resume their monthly meetings. The proceedure is to form your own team, or race with a Sno Jets team. This is a very relaxed competition, and anyone who can ski a blue run can easily complete the race.
